The Radboud University Medical Center Study Fund offer scholarships to most excellent international applicants. Therefore, Eligibility for a study fund scholarship depends on the interview results, the results from your previous education, and (if applicable) your work experience. While, Scholarship candidates must prove they rank among the best 20% of their class.
The full scholarships of the Radboud University Medical Center Study Fund cover the outstanding tuition fees and living expenses. The scholarship amounts to 13,309 Euros. The grant comprises of 2,209 Euros tuition fees (which will be paid directly to Radboud University) and 11,220 Euros living expenses (which will be paid to the student in 12 equal installments). While, These amounts meet the requirements set by the Dutch Immigration Office. Meanwhile, The Radboud University Medical Center Study Fund does not cover flight and travel cost.
The partial scholarships of the Radboud University Medical Center Study Fund cover the outstanding tuition fee and part of the living expenses. The scholarship amounts to 6,774.50 Euros. The grant comprises of 2,209 Euros tuition fees (which will be paid directly to Radboud University) and 4,575.50 Euros living expenses (which will be paid to the student in 12 equal installments). While, Students will need to prove they can cover the outstanding amount for living expenses, as required by the Dutch immigration office. Meanwhile, The Radboud University Medical Center Study Fund does not cover flight and travel cost.
For non-EEA students who wish to apply for the Radboud University Medical Center Study Fund, it is mandatory to also apply for the Master’s Scholarships Fully Funded Netherlands and (if available in your country) to the Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS). To apply for the Radboudumc Study Fund, tick the boxes in your Osiris application form when applying for the programme. You will need to upload the following documents in order to be considered for the Radboudumc Study fund:
A motivation letter stating why you deserve this scholarship, in terms of your excellence, achievements and match to the Full Scholarship Programme or Partial Scholarship programme as well as why you need it (your financial situation).
Proof from your university that you belong to the top 20% of your bachelor’s (or previous master’s) programme so far.
Two reference letters (these can be the same ones as for the programme application).
The deadline for application for the Radboudumc Study fund is 1 February. That means that your programme application should be submitted and completed by then, since the scholarship application is integrated in the programme application.
