What are Benefits?
The following benefits are offered for Masters degree courses and for PhD. These grants are fully funded and cover all expenses for Eligible students.
The duration of grant vary from 1 to 9 months.
Grants of 940 Euros per month are awarded to Master degree students by Ernst Mach. It is quite reasonable amount to cover living expenses per month. Accommodation charges are not included in it.
While, Grant of 1040 Euros per month are awarded for Researchers. So, It is quite reasonable amount to cover living expenses per month. Meanwhile, Accommodation charges are not included in it.
Eligible students get health insurance separately.
Ernst Mach Grants arrange Accommodation for Eligible students.
While, Ernst Mach Grants pay tuition fees for Eligible students.
For applicants from developing countries an additional allowance for travel costs may be paid.
What is Eligibility Criteria?
The program is open to applicants, who fulfill following Criteria.
Who study a master Programme or have successfully completed at least 4 semesters of studies within a bachelor or diploma Programme by the time of taking up the grant.
Meanwhile, Who are studying at a University in one of the eligible countries.
So, Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Applicants must not have studied or have done academic work in Austria in the last six months before taking up the grant.
Proficiency in the language of instruction.
Deadline to Apply: March 1 every year.
