University of Oslo Application Procedure
At the University of Oslo, all undergraduate classes are conducted in Norwegian. You can only apply to the University of Oslo if you can prove your Norwegian Proficiency by taking an exam. If you are not proficient, then you are not eligible for admission. Please see entry requirements for the Bachelor’s program for more information.
For a master’s, you do not need to be fluent in Norwegian to be eligible. There are more than 50 English Master’s programs available in this university, and you can see the complete lists in this link.
