My name is ——— with Application number ——– and I am writing to request you please consider me for admission in Master’s Programme in Business Process Control and Supply Chain Management – Frontiers in Logistics & Supply Chain Management at Linnaeus University, Sweden. I have enclosed the completed application and additional materials required by the university. I have completed diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management recently. While, I have been working in the same field from more than nine years. Before that, I completed my bachelor’s degree with Specializing in Business.

Now I want to study Master’s degree provides an intensive, rich, and innovative understanding of the intersection between business fundamentals and a focused specialization area. The programme will help me to develop capabilities in the design, development, implementation, and improvement of major supply chain and logistics operations and provide an integrated understanding of their linkages. The blended learning methodology ensures to improve learning, to improve connection between theory and practice, to increase active participation in class and motivation for learning in specific areas. While, the course is based upon different types of information systems needed to manage supply chains and for managing customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and overall planning. Well, I have relevant job experience, which would be very handy during my studies. I would be able to understand important concepts easily and later would apply all learnt principles effectively.

As an MS Supply Chain and Logistics Management graduate, I will understand supply chain and Logistics management in modern enterprises. Meanwhile, I would learn the significance of internal collaborations within organisations and external coordination in the decision-making process across the supply chain. Through the two years MS Programme, I would learn about supply chain and Logistic management for a competitive advantage. I would be able to recognize sourcing strategies and supplier management operations. Meanwhile I would develop solutions to changing supply chain and Logistics context needs.

After graduation I would be able to work both nationally and internationally within a broad area. On today’s labour market, there is demand for business graduates that can integrate with other companies and work for the end customer with an offensive and business-oriented approach. So, I am really looking forward to hear from you, as this course is very similar to my previous education and job experience.
