Possessiva pronomen in Swedish
Possessive pronouns can look very similar at first glance to adjectives – but they have a different meaning, and are used in a different way! While they also show ownership, they can be used in place of a noun, to avoid repeating it in a sentence.

As you can see in the table, There are different Possessive articles of both genders (en gender, ett gender) and plurals for First Person (Jag & Vi) and Second Person (Du & Ni). While Third Person (Hon, Han, De) have same possessive articles for both genders and for plurals.

Den & Det Possessive Pronouns
We use den and det as possessive pronouns to replace the nouns. Den is used for en nouns and Det is used for ett nouns.
Examples:
Jag har en Lampa. Den är vacker. (In this example, i have replaced noun (Lampa) with den. Because it is en noun.)
Jag har ett Hus. Det är vackert. (In this example, i have replaced noun (Hus) with det. Because it is ett noun.)
Sentences with Possessive Articles
Det är min bil. – It is my car. (Article: en bil)
Dina Byxor är svart. – Your pants are black. (plural: byxor)
Vår Hund sover nu. – Our dog is sleeping now. (Article: en Hund)
Hon bor i mitt hus. – she lives in my house. (Article: ett hus)
Det är deras far. – It is their father. (Article does not matter, as possessive pronouns remain same for third persons regardless which gender a noun belongs.)
Hans skor är blöta. – His shoes are wet. (Article does not matter, as possessive pronouns remain same for third persons regardless which gender a noun belongs. Even for plurals.)
Ditt Land är fantastiskt. – Your country is fantastic. (Article: ett Land)
Hennes Land är inte fantastiskt. – Her country is not fantastic. (Article does not matter, as possessive pronouns remain same for third persons regardless which gender a noun belongs.)
Vi älskar vårt hus. – We love our house. (Article: ett hus)
Er bror kommer nu. – Your (plural) brother is coming now. (Article: En bror)
Min syster studerar Kemi. – My sister studies chemistry. (Article: En syster)
Din Fru är Chef. – Your wife is the boss. (Article: en fru)
