The university of Padua offers 44 scholarships to students with excellent grades. Bachelor’s and master’s degree students can apply for the Excellence Scholarship Programme. Many students apply for this scholarship, You must have very good academic record to get this scholarship.
Benefits:
It is fully funded scholarship. It covers tuition fee and grants 8,000 Euros per year to eligible students. Scholarship is awarded for full duration of study period and has two installments in a year. Bachelor’s degree students can get scholarship for 3 years and master degree students can get scholarship for 2 years. You have to perform better in your studies to continue the scholarship.
How to apply for this scholarship:
All courses are held in English for the Excellence Scholarship Programme. At the time of application for admission, students would be automatically considered for the selection of scholarship. You should not be living in Italy at the time of application. You can apply up to 3 courses to enhance chances for scholarship. Academic Commitee short list eligible students. Regione Veneto Scholarships
The University of Padua with the help of Veneto Region funding, supports need based students. Low Income bachelor’s , master’s and PhD students can apply for the scholarship.
Benefits:
The scholarship amount varies depending upon financial condition of each applicant. It can be fully funded or partially funded. The scholarship is awarded in two installments each year.
How to apply for the scholarship:
The student must be enrolled in a course at any level at the university of Padua, at the time of application. The student is not receiving any grant or scholarship from University or Government of Italy before submiting Application. Student can fill out the online form at the university web portal. The application form is available from July of every year.

Galilean School of Higher Education Scholarships
Galilean School of Higher Education is University of Padua’s school of excellence. It awards 4 scholarships to international students each year. The scholarship is fully funded and cover all expenses including tuition fee and living cost. It includes travel allowance also.
Benefits:
It has total amount 6,500 euros as value for scholarship. 1,500 euros cover one time travel charges to home country and accommodation at university. While 5,000 Euros cover living expenses including books etc.

Department of Industrial Engineering offers 2 scholarships for international students in Energy Engineering. The amount of each scholarship is 7,500 Euros per academic year. The Scholarship is granted for one academic year.

What is application Process?
You would be considered for scholarship in any department mentioned here, if you fulfil following criteria. This applies for each department.
- You are not Italian citizen; you must be an international student.
- You are not living in Italy at the time of application.
- You must apply degree programmes completely taught in English mentioned above. You can apply maximum 3 courses in one application.
If you meet these requirements, you would be considered for scholarship application automatically. You do not need to submit separate application. The Academic Commitee of each degree programme selects the candidates eligible for the scholarship on the basis of their academic excellence.

Scholarships for the Master’s degree programme in Scienze storiche – study track ‘Mobility Studies
