Motivation Letter for Masters in Management
Dear Sir/Madam
I am …………… D/O ………. I am interested to apply for Masters in Management at …………. University.
I have done my bachelor’s degree from the University of Punjab in General Science with majors in Mathematics and Statistics. In addition to this, I got a great understanding of Micro Economics, Macro-Economics, and Pakistan’s Economy. I got the subject prize of Economics in my Bachelor of Science.
Later on, I got admission to the Master of Business Administration in International Islamic University, Islamabad where I got knowledge of Business, Administration, and Marketing planning strategies as well. Along with the course knowledge, I got practical experience through projects and physical processes of different organizations i.e. Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Telenor Telecommunication, Pakistan International Airline, Pakistan Telecommunication Limited, and many others.
As for as my extra activities are concerned, I have always been a diligent student. I was selected as a Head Girl of the College, I, along with my team organized Management Job Fair at Convention Center Islamabad. Furthermore, I also conducted various seminars at the university for students as well as for Faculty. The combination of my course knowledge and practical experience has made my vision broad, which I realized soon after completing my degree when I joined the University as Assistant Registrar.
While on the job I performed various tasks related to Academics, Administration, and Marketing i.e. Students Admission, registration, Migration, student database monitoring. On the contrary of Academics, I used to perform administration tasks including Faculty Recruitment, Faculty Management, Plan and arrange a Faculty enhancement skills program. In addition to the University HRM and SOS reports, Higher Education Commission, Pakistan Engineering Council correspondence were part of my activities. It returned as a variety of experience due to which I started thinking new techniques and knowledge to overcome the issues and problems faced by the organization in routine tasks, Projects, and outsourcing the work of the University’s essential requirements.
After the experience of 5 years my strong interpersonal skills, Management skills, and leadership skills compiled with sound knowledge and modern computer techniques regarding Business and Management, which gave me the confidence to go for a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management. Getting Admission into a University like yours will be an excellent opportunity for me to learn and later on to apply my knowledge in my practical life where it is necessary to apply to overcome the problems of organization purchasing and selling along with many other uses.
I assure you that if a chance is given to me, I shall endeavor to the best of my abilities to contribute and enhance my knowledge, and vision for future implementation as I realized that I can improve to a great extent with the exposure and experience. I belong to Pakistan, and we don’t have as many resources to explore ourselves. As a result of all the above points, I applied to your institute for the degree. I am very much hoping to get the chance for admission to the Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management.
I want to be a result-oriented and quality-driven professional; aspire to work as a key team member with a reputable organization to contribute to the overall achievement of the organization’s goals, improvement of productivity and quality by sharing my knowledge and experience. Also to take pride in initiating change and re-engineering processes while maintaining positive and productive work.
Thanks In Advance
