You can try a table chair for studying, if easily available. Otherwise, you can study sitting on the bed with your books. It depends upon how you are comfortable, sitting on a bed or chair.
How to read a new Book?
First of all, go through the entire book quickly and make a mind map of what you would be studying. In the second stage, divide all the topics as per your schedule so that you could complete them within the given time frame.
After completing a topic, scribble down whatever you remember or act like you are explaining it to someone else.
Use the first hour of your new day for revising what you have studied a day before. So, on day two you would quickly revise what you studied on day one. On day three, you would revise what you have studied on day one and day two, on the last day of the week you should revise the entire week’s study.
On the last day of the week, you should solve questions related to the topics you had completed that week. Do the same at the end of every month.
If you start to study in the same way, You will be able to learn quickly and easily.
